CFE’s website allows you to check and pay your bill online using a Mexican bank issued credit or debit card only.  Payments can be made at various cajas around La Paz and at the CFE administration offices.  Bills are generated semi monthly and CFE is quite harsh about prompt payment.  Typically the CFE turns off power the day after payment is due and charge a fee to reconnect, at their liesure so best to stay on top of it.   You can pay at major supermarkets ( Walmart, Soriana etc ) and OXXO’s with your current bill in hand and available for scanning.

SAPA de La Paz

SAPA does not offer online access nor payment.  Bills are hand delivered monthly to your property and can be paid locally in the SAPA office located in the Delegacion El Sargento y su anexo La Ventana office across from the base ball stadium, or in the La Paz office. Office hours are from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, you can pay your bill from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm.
